Special aims:

• To promote higher-level education via scholarships covering master’s-degree courses abroad, thus helping to promote more equality of opportunity among Mexican professionals.
  
• To help train high-level Mexican professionals and encourage them to return to Mexico after their studies so as to improve the educational level of the Mexican workforce and raise the country’s technical and cultural level.

Financing is granted in order to cover up to 60% of total master’s-degree fees, with support being given to master’s degrees having to do with management (MBAs and master’s degrees in Finance, etc.) and technology.

The summons to apply for scholarships will go out in public to professionals from all over Mexico, without distinctions of gender (sex), racial origin, religious faith, the region where the applicant lives or was born, political affiliation, or the university from which the applicant graduated.
